After purchasing a remote tune, please follow the instructions on the tuning process page. Please ensure you understand these instructions before purchasing.
A full tune is intended for long term use and can be a complete replacement for dyno tuning. The full tune covers everything in the basic tune but continues the tuning process using driving data to improve power, throttle response, fuel economy and smoothness. A full tune should get close to the power level of a typical dyno tune.
Troubleshooting of any physical (mechanical or electrical) issues is not included in the fixed price tuning package and will be charged at standard £60/hr hourly rate.

Fantastic service, Alex was very sure to check he was happy with how the car was running before starting the tuning process. After solving an issue with how the ECU was controlling the alternator, he then started tuning. A very easy process of recording logs on my laptop, Alex reviewing them and sending back new files to load onto the ECU. He was very prompt each time and explained what he was doing and what he needed me to do for the next drive log. Really happy with the result, my MX5 drives like it’s got a factory tune, but with a supercharger fitted.

Really couldn’t recommend Digitune highly enough. Alex was fantastically knowledgable, helpful, and quick to respond throughout.
I’ve had a dyno tune in the past, but I much preferred the experience with the remote tune. I felt more involved and if you have any issues that need resolving (like I had) you don’t end up paying for a 2nd dyno day. Alex managed to spot there was an issue, diagnose it, and we just resumed mapping a few days later when I’d fixed it.
The quality of the map is superb as well. Absolutely fantastic service.

I had been running my MX-5 NB with a supercharger, an intercooler and ME442 ECU for a few years and which I had ‘self tuned’ using the ‘Long Term trim” and some advancement of the ignition timing, the car had poor throttle response, flat spots and wouldn’t idle properly.
So I loaded the base map and starting the Digitune process, 4 days later my car is totally transformed. The car now runs like it has a factory setup, the throttle response and drivability is excellent, cold and hot starting is effortless and the idle is spot on.
